Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Business Manager, located in Odisha, India. The Branch Business Manager will oversee branch operations, drive business growth by identifying and developing customer relationships, manage loan disbursements, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Additional responsibilities include supervising branch staff, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring targets are achieved while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Experience in loan assessment, credit underwriting, and risk management
- Strong team management, leadership, and staff training abilities
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with digital financial tools and systems; knowledge of the MSME financing market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA is preferred
