Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Banking Retail Mortgage position located in Patna. The main responsibilities include assisting customers with mortgage solutions, managing loan application processes, providing financial advice, and cross-selling products and services such as loans and insurance. The role also involves evaluating creditworthiness, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining a high level of customer service while building strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Credit practices, with the ability to assess and manage loan applications
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support customers effectively
- Proven ability in Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience and relationship building with clients
- Familiarity with Insurance products and services, with a capability to guide customers towards suitable options
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a banking or financial sector role is advantageous
