Branch Accounts Executive
Location - Hyderabad
Reporting to: Regional Accounts Manager
(Should be open to work in a 6-day Work Week)
Experience:
- Must have worked in SAP and should have worked in FMCG/FMCD/Retail
- Must have minimum work experience of 3 years.
- Should not be having any career gaps.
Qualification:
- A candidate needs to have a regular M. Com degree.
Deliverables :
- Hands on experience on Routine Branch/Depot Accounting in any Industry, Knowledge of TDS, TCS, Excise, Service Tax.
- • Ensure integrity of financial reports and monthly closure of books.
- • Ensure Compliance with SOP’s
- • Vendor/Customer Creations, employee payment, Vendor Payments, Vendor Reconciliations, Customer Deposits
- • Bank Reconciliations /Party Reconciliations/Ledger Scrutinizes
- • Monthly Review of Trail Balance and Action plans
- • Gift procurements/Claims Processing Primary and Secondary
- • All Statutory payments monthly and quarterly returns of TDS return and interacting with all stake holders.
- • Interaction with Internal auditors & Statutory Auditors and ensure “well control” rating.
- • Knowledge of SAP is Must.
