Talent Specialist

As a Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top technical talent to help them find exciting project opportunities on the Braintrust platform. You will work closely with our client organizations to understand their hiring needs and connect them with the right freelance talent to drive their strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include sourcing and vetting high-quality freelance talent, managing the onboarding and engagement process, and providing an exceptional experience for both clients and talent. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people find meaningful work.
