Blockchain Game Developer
What you'll be working on
- Upgrading existing smart contracts on Polygon chain for the blockchain game
- Developing a backend that can sync with Polygon blockchain and communicate with the existing game UI
- Testing the game on Polygon testnet
Responsibilities
- Implementing new features and functionality to the existing smart contracts or writing new contracts from scratch
- Using an API for the backend to allow communication between the frontend and blockchain
- Deploying and launching the game on Polygon mainnet
Requirements
- Experience with smart contract development on EVM compatible chains like Polygon, Solidity
- Proficiency in a backend programming language like Node.js, Python, Java etc
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and ability to integrate applications with public blockchains
- Understanding of on-chain RNG
- Understanding of ERC-1155 standard
- Experience with full stack development and deploying dapps
Our estimate is that this job will take approximately 4-5 weeks to complete and we have a budget of $5000 to allocate. Budget is negotiable once we have a deeper understanding of the work and hours required.
