About the role

The Global Business Insights Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting brand research initiatives by managing vendor relationships, overseeing data contracts, and optimizing the global data budget. This role requires a strong foundation in consumer and market research—preferably within the CPG or beverage industry—to evaluate expansion market opportunities and monitor brand health and funnel performance in established markets. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with research agencies, internal stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure data-driven decision-making and enhance the company's understanding of global market dynamics. *To Note: Salary range (65,000 - 75,000) is in Euros* *To Note: This role is required to be onsite at our Dublin HQ office 5-days per week* Key Responsibilities: Brand & Market Research: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to assess consumer trends, brand perception, and category dynamics across global markets. Develop frameworks to evaluate expansion opportunities by analyzing market potential, competitive landscapes, and consumer demand signals. Track brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, purchase intent, loyalty) and conversion funnel performance across core markets. Support custom research projects (e.g., segmentation studies, innovation testing, pricing analysis) to inform strategic decision-making. Vendor & Data Management: Own relationships with third-party research vendors, ensuring timely project execution, budget adherence, and contract compliance. Manage data subscriptions and contracts, optimizing cost efficiency while ensuring access to high-quality consumer insights. Evaluate and recommend new data sources (e.g., retail analytics, panel insights, social listening) to enhance research capabilities. Global Data Budget Oversight: Track and manage the global research and data budget, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Work with finance and procurement teams to optimize data spend, negotiate contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and strategy teams to align research initiatives with business objectives. Synthesize insights into compelling narratives to guide decision-making for executives and regional teams. Support the development of global dashboards and reports that consolidate key brand health and market intelligence data. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or business analytics, preferably in CPG, beverage, or retail industries. Strong knowledge of research methodologies, including survey design, segmentation, brand tracking, and competitive intelligence. Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, or similar platforms. Experience managing research vendors, negotiating contracts, and optimizing data budgets. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights. Global mindset and ability to work across multiple markets, cultures, and time zones. Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple research initiatives simultaneously. Preferred Skills & Competencies: Prior experience in expansion market analysis and brand funnel tracking. Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana, Nielsen, Mintel, Euromonitor) and social listening tools. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapt to evolving business needs. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset to drive data-informed decisions.
