Senior Ab Initio Architect for an upcoming project in 2025

Job Description Looking for an Ab Initio Architect to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US. The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on extracting, transforming and loading data into the warehouse. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. Note: Project is in RFP stage. We are currently in the process of building a talent pool in anticipation of project requirements that are expected to begin in early 2025. By curating top candidates now, we ensure that we can swiftly deploy the right talent as soon as the project goes live, allowing for a smooth and efficient start. Mandatory Skills: Ab Initio, DB2, Team Leadership, Data Integration, Broad experience with the Ab Initio toolset, Version 4.0+ Experience As an expert, the candidate should have experience in: Architecture solutions: Designing and architecting enterprise grade ETL applications, and with Ab Initio Metadata Hub and Express IT Data integration: Determining the optimal approach for obtaining data from diverse source systems and moving it to Data Warehouse System upgrades: Implementing and upgrading Ab Initio Suite (GDE, BRE, EME, Express->IT etc.) Performance tuning: Performing performance tuning Technical leadership: Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration Executive presence: Ability to engage with senior customer leadership and ability to influence Exploring new features in Ab Initio and applicability to client needs, present the solution to customer and drive proof of concepts The candidate should have connect/relationship with Ab Initio solution engineering team to be ahead of the curve in terms of the Ab Initio technology roadmap Qualifications: 15+ Years of Experience in Ab Initio, Including multiple years of Architecting Ab Initio solutions Experience in Implementing and upgrading Ab Initio Suite (GDE, BRE, EME, Express->IT etc.) Have a broad set of technical skills and knowledge across hardware, software, systems, and solutions development Experience with data warehousing and data integration/ingestion projects and establishing/integrating data governance processes Knowledge of data security, user authentication, and authorization principles, protocols, and tools Experience in requirements engineering, solution architecture, design, development, and deployment Ability to guide and mentor technical delivery teams on Ab Initio tools. Able to lead a team and drive design discussions. Ensure adoption of industry best practices Resolve design issues and deliver/own design for a complex module for projects of the following nature: architecture enhancements, small-sized development, and maintenance projects Able to hands-on develop as needed Experience in ETL tools in a DB2 environment Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills Excellent presentation skills and comfortable presenting concepts to Business leadership Experience to guide team on testing methodologies and test automation Healthcare domain experience Performance tuning experience Data modelling Control Center, MDH, BRE, DQA, TDM, TF Resources must be based in India or USA.
