This Chief of Staff / Finance / Partner Relations role is a mission-critical bridge between the CEO and our global web of investors, asset partners, and advisors during our intensive 90-day funding sprint. It requires sound judgment, operational precision, and warm, diplomatic skill to keep the funding momentum alive without dropping a single thread.

Core Functions

• Represent the CEO in high-level meetings with investors, asset partners, and advisors — with clear eyes, steady values, and zero drama.
• Track every external follow-up, escalate key decisions or tensions at just the right time, and protect leadership focus.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding across the team, managing tech assessments, access, and creating self-serve training so we scale gracefully.
• Manage outsourced accounting functions, keep cash flow transparent, and help shape our investor readiness.
• Maintain top-tier documentation of meetings, commitments, and progress.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships across all stakeholder groups — you’re often the face of ImpactSoul when our CEO can’t be.
