We’re seeking a highly experienced AI Agent Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of a suite of AI-powered agents that automate and enhance key business functions. These agents will serve a variety of operational roles across executive support, finance, marketing, communications, real estate, compliance, and client service.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep expertise in building agentic AI systems using LLMs and integrating them with both frontend and backend systems, APIs, CRMs, databases, and workflow automation tools. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to define agent goals, implement and optimize solutions, and ensure user-friendly deployment across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build task-specific AI agents tailored to business units including executive, finance, marketing, property, and administration.
• Develop intuitive frontend interfaces for interacting with AI agents (e.g., dashboards, chat widgets, admin panels).
• Implement and manage robust backend services and APIs to support agent workflows, data access, and integration.
• Integrate AI agents with internal tools and systems such as CRMs, email, calendars, databases, and messaging platforms.
• Craft optimized prompts, workflows, and memory strategies tailored to each agent’s function and data needs.
• Build in safety checks, alerts, and escalation paths to ensure quality and reliability.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to gather requirements, test agent outputs, and implement continuous improvements.
• Monitor and optimize agent performance, ensuring business value, security, and scalability.
• Document technical architecture, prompt logic, and integration patterns for each agent.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience building LLM-based AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar
• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in frontend (e.g., React, Vue, TypeScript) and backend (e.g., Python, Node.js, REST APIs) development
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, memory management, and vector store integration
• Experience integrating agents with business tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, email/SMS platforms)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL), cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
• Strong collaboration skills – able to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience working with structured business data (finance, real estate, customer support) is a plus
