About the role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma and a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping skills. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and functional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX solutions using Figma.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experience.
Maintain consistency in design across all digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems, and prototyping).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in agile development teams.
Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Prior experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or product-based companies is an advantage.
