About the role

As a Technical Product Manager for our Clinical Information System, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our innovative medical technology solutions. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that address the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements - Define and prioritize product features, roadmaps, and release plans in alignment with business objectives - Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into technical requirements and specifications - Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless coordination and execution - Continuously gather customer feedback, monitor product performance, and implement data-driven improvements - Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical and strategic guidance to the broader organization - Effectively communicate product vision, plans, and progress to cross-functional teams and senior leadership Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline) - Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on software or medical technology products - Strong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and product management best practices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented solutions - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally - Familiarity with medical device regulations, standards, and quality management processes - Passion for driving innovation and creating impactful products that improve patient outcomes
