About the role
As (Senior) Corporate Counsel (m/w/d) you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to our business units and cross-functional teams on a wide range of legal matters. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments, such as Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, managing litigation and disputes, advising on regulatory and compliance issues, and supporting corporate transactions. You will also contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our legal policies and processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to provide pragmatic and business-oriented legal advice. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment are essential.
