Business Analyst

BrainFleck solution is looking for a Business Analyst with 0 to 2 years of experience in the IT field to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a strong analytical mindset to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood. Assist in creating reports, workflows, and process documentation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Support project planning and execution. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of business analysis tools is a plus.
