Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Darbhanga, Bihar, for a BPSC Subject Matter Expert. The role involves developing and designing study materials for BPSC aspirants, conducting in-depth research on syllabus topics, and creating exam-oriented content. Additionally, the Subject Matter Expert will deliver classroom lectures, provide personalized guidance to students, and ensure content accuracy and alignment with the curriculum. Collaboration with the VINI IAS team to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes is also an integral part of the job.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in BPSC syllabus topics, including Bihar state-specific subjects.
- Proficiency in research, content creation, and curriculum alignment with examination standards.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and public speaking skills for effective classroom delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to innovative teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with technological tools for education and AI-driven learning platforms is a plus.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications, with a preference for candidates with prior teaching or mentoring experience in competitive exam preparation.
