Sr Manager / Manager – CXM Sales 📍 Bangalore & Chennai | Full‑time | 8–20 Years | Up to ₹30 LPA
We are seeking dynamic sales hunters with proven expertise in Customer Experience Management (CXM) sales in the domestic market. The ideal candidate thrives in field work, driving direct sales across BPO services such as CCaaS, Contact Center, Caller Center, and Back Office solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve profitable targets and high‑value deals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding business objectives
- Drive CXM sales across customer lifecycle management and omnichannel support solutions
- Articulate value‑based propositions through impactful presentations and proposals
- Map competitive landscape, gather market intelligence, and pre‑empt account issues
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure account growth
Must‑Have Skills & Experience
- 8–20 years of sales experience in domestic BPO/CXM markets
- Strong track record in field sales (exclude Inside Sales/International Sales)
- Proven ability to close large deals with clear personal contribution
- Excellent articulation, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and omnichannel support
