Role Description
This is a full-time, remote BPO Voice Process role. The primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions, providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering efficient support. Additionally, the role involves documenting customer feedback and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying areas of process improvement to enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer interactions and resolve queries
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement to identify and implement enhancements in workflows
- Experience in providing Training and support to team members to maintain consistent service quality
- Ability to work independently in remote settings and meet operational targets within set timelines
- Prior experience in BPO or related industries and familiarity with voice process operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline is preferred, but not mandatory
