Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic BPO Trainer to join our team on a contract basis. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity where the trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to customer support teams, ensuring performance readiness and continuous skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver process and product training for new hires and existing employees
- Conduct refresher training sessions to improve team performance
- Develop training materials, modules, and assessments
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback and coaching
- Ensure trainees meet performance benchmarks and quality standards
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs
- Maintain training reports and documentation
Working Hours:
- Full-time engagement: Approximately 7 to 9 hours per day
- Flexible scheduling based on business requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Prior experience as a BPO Trainer or in a similar training role (mandatory)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in virtual/online training delivery
- Ability to engage and manage remote learners effectively
Technical Requirements:
- Must own a personal laptop with Windows 11
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet and professional work environment suitable for training sessions
Compensation Details: Rs 275 per hour
- Payment based on actual hours worked
