Job Title: Contract-Based BPO Trainer (Work from Home) - Rs 275/hour
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced trainers to join our team on a contract basis. This is a work-from-home opportunity and candidates must be comfortable working in different shifts (US, UK, Canada, Mexico, India etc.).
Key Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of training experience (mandatory) – Do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
✅ Strong English fluency – both spoken and written.
✅ Ability to design and deliver training programs using PowerPoint, PDF and other digital tools.
✅ Must have your own laptop and a stable internet connection.
✅ Experience in virtual training and using online learning platforms is a plus.
✅ Strong communication, presentation and engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training sessions based on client requirements.
- Design structured training materials (PPTs, PDFs, modules, etc.).
- Conduct interactive online training sessions for Indian & International audiences.
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Adapt training content for different time zones and learning styles.
This is a remote, contract-based role, ideal for trainers who are flexible with shifts and have a passion for teaching.
