Job Title: Trainer – Sales ProcessLocation: Thane

Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced Trainers with a strong sales background to deliver effective training programs, enhance team performance, and support business objectives. The role requires the ability to coach, mentor, and drive measurable improvements in productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver structured training sessions for new hires and existing team members
- Facilitate onboarding and process training aligned with business requirements
- Monitor trainee performance and provide actionable feedback
- Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness
- Maintain training documentation, reports, and performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria- 6 months to 1 year of on-paper experience as a Trainer
- Mandatory background in sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage groups and drive engagement during training sessions
- Proven ability to improve team performance through coaching
Compensation- Take Home Salary: ₹31,500 per month
- CTC: ₹36,500 per month
Mandatory Requirements- Minimum CIBIL score of 650
- Candidates must be willing to work from Thane
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
