Job Title: Trainer
Location: Thane
Department: Real Estate
Experience: minimum 2 years (sales experience will do)
Salary: up to 30k in-hand -35k CTC
Shift time: 10am - 7pm
Minimum HSC
One rotational off
Skills Required:
* Should have knowledge of real estate/sales
* Excellent communication
* Prepare and update training materials and manuals
* Provide training to new agents and help them in their OGT batches
* Share knowledge of local market trends and real estate tools
* Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement
