Job Description
Drishna Infotech is looking for motivated BPO Telecallers to join our team in Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch customer service and support. As a BPO Telecaller with Drishna Infotech, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, deliver information about our products, services, and offers, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
At Drishna Infotech, we offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives. You will also benefit from our comprehensive PF and medical coverage. This is a full-time role with a day shift and requires working six days a week.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about Drishna Infotech’s products, services, and offers.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Make sales pitches and close sales by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets set by Drishna Infotech through effective telecalling strategies.
- Generate leads and potential customer contacts through cold calling to boost sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for Drishna Infotech.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and attentive in all communications.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve performance.
- Update and manage customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of 12th Pass and above required for the BPO Telecaller position at Drishna Infotech.
- 0 to 6+ years of experience in customer support or Telecalling roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- A proactive attitude towards solving customer problems and addressing their needs.
- Flexibility to work six days a week and adapt to a day shift schedule.
