Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
  • Engage potential customers to explain our offerings and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions effectively.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to deliver a consistent brand message.
  • Provide detailed reports on call outcomes and sales performance.
