Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BPO Team Leader, located in Virar. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising team members, and ensuring adherence to key performance metrics. The role involves monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching team members, and generating reports for higher management. Additionally, the leader will ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, with relevant professional experience
