- Salary: ₹38,000 CTC per month
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Trainer in the BPO industry
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective sales training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Design and deliver training programs based on business and performance requirements.
- Provide product, process, sales, and customer-handling training.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, conversion, and closing skills.
- Monitor trainee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular refresher training, coaching sessions, and performance improvement programs.
- Motivate employees and help build a strong sales-oriented and high-performance culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer in the BPO/Contact Center industry.
- Hands-on experience in BPO sales training and coaching.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Ability to motivate, engage, and influence sales teams.
