About RevOn
RevOn builds AI coaching software exclusively for BPOs. Our product — RevOn Coach — watches live calls, scores agent performance, and tells Operations teams exactly where conversion is leaking. One client (UK/India BPO), saw a 21% lift in conversion across 42 agents in 10 weeks.
We're a small, focused team. Single product. Single vertical. And now we need someone who knows BPO from the inside to take the proof we have and turn it into a real pipeline.
The Role
You'll be the person who opens doors with BPO Operations heads and closes them. The product is working. The case study is real. What we need is someone who already has the credibility and relationships to get us into the rooms where this decision gets made.
This is not a role for someone learning the BPO industry. It's for someone who has lived it — as an ops leader, a vendor, a consultant, or a solutions seller — and can walk into a Director of Ops conversation as a peer.
What You'll Do
- Build and work a pipeline of BPO prospects (India, UK, and US focus)
- Run the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract — using the Concierge Gap Analysis (₹2L–₹4L entry engagement) as the wedge
- Use the Niftel proof point to de-risk conversations with skeptical buyers
- Work with Ram (CEO) on deal strategy, pricing, and client terms
- Feed market intel back into product priorities
What We're Looking For
- 4–10 years inside the BPO industry — as an operations manager, vendor, technology seller, or consultant
- You've had real conversations with BPO Heads of Ops, Site Directors, or CCO-level buyers — not just sent them emails
- Comfortable selling a ₹60K–₹15L/month SaaS product to operations-minded buyers (not IT buyers)
- Honest about what you don't know; aggressive about what you do
- Based in India; able to work across time zones for UK/US prospects
- Direct access to the CEO on every deal — no bureaucracy
- Remote-first with flexibility; we move fast and don't micromanage
