Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BPO Sales Representative, located in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and delivering comprehensive training to team members as needed. The individual will work collaboratively with other departments to develop strategies that improve client satisfaction and enhance overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and build relationships
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including meeting sales targets and leading sales teams
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for team members and ensure continuous professional development
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach toward achieving business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a BPO setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
