Job Description: Talent Head Hunter (BPO Recruitment Specialist)
Department: Human Resources & Administration (HRA)
Reporting To: HRA Lead / HR Manager
Functional Reporting: Business Heads / Operations Managers
Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Office no 534 , Amanora Chambers
Role Overview:
The Talent Head Hunter will be part of the HRA function, working closely with Business and Operations Managers to drive end-to-end hiring outcomes. This role carries full accountability from talent identification to successful deployment into production.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Talent Ownership (Sourcing to Production)
- Own lifecycle: headhunting → screening → interview → offer → joining → production deployment
- Ensure candidates transition into active production roles
- Track candidate progress until production readiness
2. Headhunting & Strategic Sourcing
- Actively hunt candidates via portals, social media, references
- Build pipelines for critical roles
3. Business-Aligned Hiring Execution
- Align hiring with ramp-up plans and timelines
- Work with Ops Managers on requirements
4. Bulk Hiring & Deployment Support
- Manage walk-ins and hiring drives
- Coordinate with training for deployment
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as SPOC for business units
- Ensure SLA alignment
6. Candidate Engagement & Conversion
- Drive offer acceptance and joining
- Reduce drop-offs
7. Data Management & Reporting
- Track funnel: sourced → deployed
- Maintain ATS and reports
8. Compliance & Governance
- Follow SOPs and ISO-aligned practices
- Ensure data confidentiality
