Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site BPO Recruiter role based in Chennai. The BPO Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for voice and non-voice BPO positions, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Responsibilities include creating and posting job descriptions, managing applicant databases, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. The role involves conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, evaluating candidates for communication skills and process fit, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding. The recruiter will also maintain recruitment reports, support walk-in drives or campus hiring as needed, and help build a strong pipeline of talent for ongoing and future requirements.
Profile Requirements
- Proven experience of 1-2 Years in BPO recruitment or high-volume hiring, preferably for voice and non-voice processes.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to use job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with basic HR practices, recruitment metrics, and applicant tracking or recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR or related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and support flexible schedules when required by hiring needs.
