Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO Executive (Australian Energy Process) located in Mathura. The BPO Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to Australian energy services. Daily responsibilities include handling customer interactions via call or email, understanding customer concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively within the team to meet service targets and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Shift timings 6:00AM - 3:00 PM
- Experience should be in Australian Energy Process only
- Strong Communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Support and ensuring Customer Service excellence
- Ability to analyze information effectively, showcasing solid Analytical Skills
- Adept at building and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Positive attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in handling international customer processes is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts to match Australian time zones
- Prior experience in the BPO or customer service industry is desirable
