Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO professional based in Tiruchirappalli. The responsibilities include handling customer calls, responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and efficiently managing customer databases. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with documentation, resolving customer complaints, and coordinating with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer service skills, including active listening and effective communication
- Ability to handle customer databases and manage documentation accurately
- Experience in problem-solving and resolving customer complaints professionally
- Team collaboration and coordination skills to work efficiently with different departments
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with BPO operations and customer relationship management tools is a plus
- Proficiency in regional languages (such as Tamil) and English is advantageous
- A degree or diploma in any relevant field is preferred
