We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented BPO ASSOCIATES for our International Voice Process in Lucknow. If you have excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career with attractive earnings.
Key Responsibilities- Handle outbound sales calls to customers in the US market.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months work experience in international process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
- Prior experience in International Sales/BPO will be an added advantage.
