Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a BPharma/MSc fresher at Beta Drugs Ltd., located in Baddi. The role involves supporting various pharmaceutical and research processes, ensuring quality compliance, assisting in documentation, and contributing to laboratory work and production activities. The candidate will participate in research & development efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, laboratory techniques, and research methodologies
- Understanding of quality standards, regulatory compliance, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct detailed product testing and analysis
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and documentation preparation
- Proficiency in using scientific tools and basic software for research and data management
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharma) or a Master's degree in Science (MSc) from a recognized institution
- Prior internship or academic project experience in pharmaceuticals or related fields is a plus
