About the role

What You’ll Be Doing

Sell the experience

  • Prospect and build new local business — corporate outings, fundraisers, team events, celebrations, and more

  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to signed contract and follow-up

  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community groups

  • Host tours, tastings, lunches, and promotional events to showcase the venue

  • Track leads, activity, and pipelines in TripleSeat

  • Represent the brand at local networking and community events

Bring events to life

  • Plan and execute a wide range of events, from corporate parties to team-building outings and fundraisers

  • Work closely with guests to understand their vision, budget, and expectations

  • Coordinate logistics with food & beverage, operations, amusements, and staffing teams

  • Create and manage BEOs and participate in weekly and event-specific meetings

  • Be onsite for events — overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown

  • Step in to troubleshoot and solve issues in real time

  • Follow up post-event to gather feedback and strengthen relationships

Be a local ambassador

  • Partner with the GM and Marketing team on promotions, partnerships, and internal events

  • Support local marketing and social media efforts tied to events

  • Keep an eye on the local market and share ideas to improve offerings and guest experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality sales, business development, or a related field

  • A relationship-driven mindset and comfort with outbound outreach

  • Strong organization and follow-through- you can juggle multiple events without dropping the ball

  • Clear, confident communicator (in person and in writing)

  • Experience using CRM and event management tools

  • Comfortable being both behind the scenes and front and center during events

  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends when events demand it

The Environment

  • Fast-paced, high-energy venue

  • Loud at times, with lighting effects and lots of guest interaction

  • You’ll be on your feet, moving around, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed

  • Peak seasons mean longer days, but the payoff is seeing great events come together

Why This Role Works

You’re not stuck behind a desk and you’re not just selling on paper. You’ll build relationships, create memorable experiences, and see the direct impact of your work every single week.

If you enjoy connecting with people, closing deals, and making events happen, we’d love to meet you.
