Role & responsibilities:
1. Luxury Client Experience:
· Deliver a personalized, high-touch customer experience aligned with luxury retail standards.
· Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, discretion, and attention to detail.
· Understand client preferences, lifestyle and style sensibilities to offer curated solutions.
2. Premium Product Consultation:
· Provide expert guidance on luxury eyewear brands, lenses and styling.
· Recommend frames based on face shape, personality and fashion trends.
· Demonstrate deep knowledge of high-end materials, craftsmanship and brand heritage.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation:
· Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and boutique KPIs.
· Drive average bill value (ABV) and conversion rates through upselling and cross-selling.
· Promote exclusive collections and limited-edition pieces.
4. Brand Representation:
· Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining impeccable grooming and communication.
· Uphold the boutiques luxury positioning and visual merchandising standards.
5. Clienteling & CRM:
· Maintain detailed client profiles and purchase history.
· Conduct follow-ups, appointments and private viewings.
· Drive repeat business through personalized outreach and loyalty building.
8. Market & Trend Awareness:
· Stay updated on global luxury eyewear trends and competitor activities.
· Share insights to improve product assortment and customer engagement strategies.
Preferred Candidate Profile Boutique Optical Sales
1. Experience & Market Exposure:
· Experience in luxury / premium retail sales (eyewear, fashion, jewellery, watches).
· Prior exposure to luxury optical brands or boutique formats is highly preferred.
2. Client Handling:
· Ability to engage with high-valued clientele, business families, NRI customers and corporate professionals.
· Comfortable handling diverse customer segments (local elite, expats and cosmopolitan crowd).
· Strong relationship-building skills for repeat and referral business.
3. Language & Communication:
· Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi is highly preferred.
· Ability to switch communication style based on client profile (premium vs aspirational luxury).
· Polished, confident and well-articulated personality.
4. Product & Styling Expertise:
· Knowledge of luxury eyewear brands, lens technology and styling.
· Ability to advise clients based on face shape, fashion trends and occasion-based usage.
· Awareness of global luxury trends and seasonal collections.
5. Grooming & Personality:
· Impeccable grooming aligned with luxury retail standards.
· Confident, warm and relationship-oriented demeanour.
· Ability to represent a premium boutique brand image.
