Boutique Manager, WAHE Jewellery (Gurgaon)
Location: Sector 66, Gurgaon
At WAHE Jewellery, we’re building a brand rooted in exceptional customer experience and thoughtful design. We’re looking for a Boutique Manager who is deeply customer-obsessed — someone who takes pride in service, notices the smallest details, and creates memorable in-store experiences.
What you’ll do- Own the end-to-end boutique experience for every customer
- Build strong relationships and drive repeat visits
- Guide customers with styling, product storytelling, and trust
- Manage store operations, team coordination, and merchandising
- Drive sales while maintaining a premium, warm experience
- Handle feedback, resolve issues, and create delight moments
Who you are- You genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and going the extra mile
- You take ownership like it’s your own store
- You care deeply about details, presentation, and experience
- Strong communication skills with a polished presence
- 2–6 years of experience in customer-facing roles
