Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai for a Store Manager at Deme by Gabriella. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience, and lead the store team to meet sales and performance goals. Responsibilities include providing personalized styling advice, managing inventory, implementing visual merchandising strategies, and maintaining the boutique's premium aesthetic. The ideal candidate will also cultivate strong client relationships and promote brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of fashion products and trends
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven expertise in customer service and client relationship management
- Experience in store management and understanding of retail operations
- Keen attention to detail and an eye for visual merchandising
- Prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is an advantage
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
