Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant (5+ Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with 5+ years of expertise in implementing and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into Odoo configurations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo’s core functional modules and a proven track record of successfully guiding clients through ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand client business requirements to provide tailored Odoo solutions across various modules, including Sales, CRM, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, etc.
- Lead the functional design of Odoo implementations, ensuring system configurations align with clients' business processes.
- Provide expert advice on Odoo best practices and functional processes, optimizing workflows and improving system efficiency.
- Map business processes and translate them into Odoo workflows, configurations, and customizations.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet business needs, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Support clients through all phases of the Odoo implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live.
- Coordinate user training sessions and create comprehensive training materials to empower clients to use the system effectively.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring clients maximize the value of their Odoo system.
- Maintain and update documentation for system configurations, business processes, and user guides.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the Odoo solutions are effectively integrated with other systems and customized as needed.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, with a focus on functional implementation and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) and the ability to configure them to meet business needs.
- In-depth understanding of business processes and how they map to Odoo’s features and functionalities.
- Proven experience in leading Odoo implementation projects, from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify areas for improvement in business workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and advise clients effectively.
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
- Ability to provide training and support to end-users and ensure they are fully equipped to use the system.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferred:
- Odoo certification (e.g., Odoo Functional Consultant Certification) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Odoo Enterprise version.
- Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of business finance and accounting processes within Odoo.
