About the role

As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data related to our people. Your insights will be utilized to drive strategic decisions around headcount, recruitment, turnover/retention, talent management, and employee engagement across the company. Your expertise will be leveraged for systemization, process improvement and identification of future opportunities for efficiency and scale. Key Responsibilities: Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and databases Partner to develop and manage HR data dashboards and reporting Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform decision-making. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics (example: turnover, retention, headcount, engagement, time to hire) Present data findings in a clear and actionable manner that tells a story Collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand reporting and analytics needs across the business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in HR operations based on data analysis and governance Support systemization to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities Determine future opportunities and recommendations on how to leverage data to assess the effectiveness of our HR programs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics 2-5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis or a related field Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (example PowerBI) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
