— Get executive commitment and translate boardroom decisions into executable delivery plans
Program Design & Commercials
— Craft SOWs, price for margin, define KPIs/OKRs, and set up governance structures
— Own revenue and gross margin per account; manage burn vs plan and change orders
Agentic Transformation
— Work with the AI Architect to translate business workflows into agentic AI architectures — tool use, RAG, orchestration, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
— Co-own technical feasibility reviews covering data, identity, tools, policies, and privacy
