Role Description
The Botany Graduate Trainee - Botanical Research & Product Development role is a full-time, on-site position located in Erode. Responsibilities include conducting botanical research, assisting with product development initiatives, and supporting sustainable cultivation practices. The trainee will work closely with the team to analyze plant properties, develop innovative formulations, and contribute to the creation of new nutraceutical products. Additional responsibilities include supporting quality assurance, documenting research outcomes, and collaborating with production and development teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in botanical research, plant taxonomy, and plant biology.
- Interest or experience in sustainable farming practices and eco-friendly processes.
- Ability to conduct laboratory experiments and analyze results effectively.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills for research reports and protocols.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
- Adaptability to an on-site role in Erode with a passion for hands-on work and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Botany, Plant Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience or internships in botanical research or nutraceutical product development is a plus.
