Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Botany Faculty member at PrepMed, located in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and delivering high-quality lessons in Botany to NEET aspirants. Instruction should engage students through innovative teaching methods, interactive sessions, and comprehensive syllabus coverage. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student progress, addressing individual learning challenges, and contributing to the development of course materials.
Job Details and Requirements
**WORKING HOURS - 11AM TO 8PM
**WEEK OFF - TUESDAY
**LOCATION - HAZRA, NEAR JATIN DAS PARK METRO
**EXP - MINIMUM 5 YEARS IN TEACHING BOTANY(FRESHERS NOT ELIGIBLE )
**SALARY - upto 12lpa
- Strong knowledge of Botany concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics for students
- Excellent teaching and communication skills to connect with students effectively
- Proficiency in content creation, lesson planning, and test preparation
- Experience working with NEET syllabus and familiarity with exam patterns
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward achieving academic success
- Master's degree or higher in Botany, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Prior teaching experience (preferably with NEET aspirants) is an advantage
