About the role
• We are looking for a Remote IT Helpdesk Support technician to join our team.
• This role involves providing remote technical assistance, troubleshooting IT issues, and supporting users with software, hardware, and network-related problems from the comfort of your home.
• Key Responsibilities: Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues via phone, email, or remote desktop tools
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware remotely
• Assist with software upgrades and system maintenance tasks
• Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and tools
• Maintain documentation of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations
• Ensure security protocols and best practices are followed
