Product Associate (Corporate Relations) in Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner companies, industry professionals, and recruiters to identify placement opportunities for learners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including stakeholders, career counselors, and program managers, to understand the requirements and expectations for placements.
• Assess students' or learners' skills, interests, and career goals to align them with suitable placement opportunities.
• Coordinate and facilitate the application processes for students, including resumes/CV reviews, interview preparation, and portfolio development.
• Conduct regular check-ins with students during their placement period to ensure a positive experience and address any concerns or challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and performances of student during their placements, and provide feedback.
