Quality Engineer

Job responsibilities:
1. A minimum of 05 to 07 years of experience in the packaging machinery/machinery manufacturing industry is a must.
2. Incoming inspection: inspection of manufactured and machined parts at the suppliers.
3. Incoming inspection: inspection of manufactured and machined parts received from supplier at factory.
4. Knowledge of 2D and 3D drawing readings.
5. Highly skilled in hands on use of measuring instruments like vernier, micrometre, bore gauge, Digital height gauge, Hardness tester etc
6. Knowledge of metal fabrication and machining processes.
7. Quality plan preparation, making inspection reports, and documenting quality parameter records.
8. Dealing with nonconformities by analysing root cause and implementing corrective and preventive actions for problem solving.
9. Willing to travel domestically in and around Pune for 70% of the time and occasionally out of Pune, not more than 5% of the time.
10. Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and update necessary records for the same
11. Follow the ISO 9001:2015 QMS Process.
12. Certified internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015 preferred

Requirements:
Preferably a BE Mech. Engineer with -05-07 years of experience working in a Manufacturing, Packaging or FMCG company
