Engineer-Mechanical Design

Responsibilities:

•                 Experience in packaging machine design preferred

•                 In-depth knowledge of machine design calculations and concepts

•                 Skilled in preparation of 3D and 2 Drawing in Solid works software

•                 Knowhow of General tolerance, dimensioning practices fits and allowances

•                 Knowledge of manufacturing process

•                 Knowledge of materials used in making machines

•                 Experience in use of PDM/PLM software

•                 Understanding of automation used in manufacturing / packaging for FMCG, Pharma and Consumer products

•                 Able to design assemblies, structures, unit such as conveyor, pick place and machines independently

•                 Knowhow of automations accessories and bought out like motors, servos, pneumatics etc

•                 Expert in designing of automation systems and machines in collaboration with Automation /controls engineers
