Knowledge of DTAA and issuance of certificates including 15CA/CB Hands on working experience on finalization of accounts, accounting standards, audit, income tax, income tax assessment proceedings, compliance advisory, international taxation, transfer pricing, internal audit, etc. Good grip on accounting concepts Basic knowledge about GST, ROC Have handled compliances for Private Limited clients (size of the clients served be 5 crores to 250+ crores), LLPs, HNIs, NRIs, etc Extremely good and effective verbal & written English communication Able to handle client independently Ale to lead and monitor team of qualified Chartered Accountants, Semi-qualified, Accountants and Article assistants Problem solving attitude & good leadership quality Good grip on accounting softwares such as Tally ERP9/Prime, tax softwares, etc.(ref:iimjobs.com) Click on Apply to know more.
