Lead Mobile Application developer (Cross-platform)

Lead the development, architecture and deployment of mobile applications (iOS) that interact with BLE devices Experience: Overall 10-12 years of experience IT industry Experience with native development (Swift for iOS) Experience with Core Bluetooth Framework. * Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of mobile developers. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., UI/UX designers, back-end developers, QA) to deliver high-quality products * Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift. * Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. * Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. * Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. * Familiarity with continuous integration. * Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GitHub. * Experience with publishing applications on the App Store. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. * Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. * cross-platform technologies like React Native or Flutter is a plus. * Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.). is a plus. * Experience with Android app development is a plus
