Deputy Manager - PPC

This Position Handling PPC & Logistics activities

·       Overall handling raw Material planning activities.

·       Implement & Schedule PP

·       Monitor, Inspect and Maintain Inventory.

·       Conduct Inventory audits.

·       Preparation of weekly and monthly Inventory reports.

·       To maintain SAP excellence requirements.

·       Daily monitoring the production Quantity Vs. plan.

·       Maintain IATF/EHS/ISO/Customer specific requirements.

·       To be familiar with all company safety policies and programs and follow them.

·       Knowledge of Import material activities and requirements.

·       Promote the policy of continuing improvements and quality certifications within all areas of the business unit to the appropriate level.       

·       Develop & execute the production plan.

·       Prepare monthly reports.

·       Continual improvement through implementation of Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and Kaizen and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

·       Knowledge about Slow moving inventory.

Knowledge about obsolete inventory.

Experience: At least 12 - 18 years of experience.

Qualification: Essential B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile)
