We are now looking for you to lead our R&D talents in various Innovation Projects in the Polyolefin, Hydrocarbons or Catalyst areas, as well as in the strategically important field of Circular Economy. You will: Define the project scope and objectives together with the project owner and support to prepare a business case Be responsible for delivering the project scope within time and budget Plan and track the project within constraints such as time, cost and quality standards Manage risks and actively follow-up in projects, including implementation of mitigation actions Collaborate with various stakeholders within Borealis as well as external partners including facilitation of team and stakeholder meetings Work directly with the team members, motivate them, give them feedback, direction, vision, and make sure that the project is staffed and skilled appropriately Understand needs and types of agreements/contracts with external partners and setup and negotiate if needed
