Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a two temporary Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service team in Kilpilahti, Porvoo. As a Customer Service Representative you... Have the full responsibility for order creation, invoicing and correction documents according to Borealis Guidelines and Procedures Act as the interface to the customer and address customer's supply and service needs in line with PO business strategies Supply timely and accurate response to any customer requests and keep the customer pro-actively informed about relevant status updates Work in close cooperation and alignment with Sales and other internal and external stakeholders for relevant business and customer information Pro-actively identify system and process improvement opportunities in order to improve service to customer or increase the efficiency and thus improve Borealis results Act as the first contact for issues, defects and complaints, respond to customer complaints and mitigate emotional and economic impact. The roles are temporary substitutions until 31.12.2026.
